REVIEW ASSESSMENT

Understand the case before requesting removal.

A low rating is not itself a policy violation. We assess the content, the available evidence and the appropriate reporting route before recommending a scope.

01

Which reviews can be reported?

Potential grounds include fabricated experiences, demonstrable conflicts of interest, harassment, exposed personal information and off-topic promotional content. A missing customer record alone does not prove a review is fake. Genuine dissatisfaction calls for a considered response and a practical resolution.

02

How the case progresses

We record each review and its evidence, submit an authorised policy report and track the decision. Where eligible, a rejected report can receive a one-time appeal. Extortion supported by actual demands uses Google's dedicated reporting channel. We distinguish a submitted request from a verified removal.

03

What to send us

Start with the business link, direct review links, the branch and country, a short explanation and any previous replies from Google. Include only relevant evidence and redact unnecessary sensitive information. An initial assessment does not require your password; any later profile access uses a manager invitation.

Before you commission the service

01Can you remove every one-star review?

No. A low rating, a text-free rating or a review the business disagrees with is not automatically removable. Google assesses policy reports and makes the decision.

02What if the review reflects a real complaint?

We can prepare a factual, respectful response and help the business address the issue. We do not offer reviewers money, discounts or benefits in exchange for changing or removing feedback.

03How are scope and fees agreed?

We review the case before providing a written proposal. It identifies the reviews, authorised actions, reporting period, fees and follow-up terms. Google Business Profile is available at no charge; our fee is for independent assessment and management. NobleJackal is not Google.

04Does the service include ongoing monitoring or legal action?

Ongoing monitoring and response management are included only when agreed in writing. Legal advice, legal representation and court proceedings require a separately appointed qualified lawyer.
