This notice explains who operates NobleJackal, what happens to information submitted through the Private Brief, and the terms that govern use of this website.
NobleJackal is led by Kaan MURAZ. Its legal and commercial operating company is Biga Bilisim, led by Bilal Bozduman under the business title Bilal Bozduman - Biga Bilisim in Antalya, Turkiye.
The precise contracting party, invoicing details, scope and governing terms are stated in every accepted proposal and agreement.
The Private Brief may collect your name, organisation, role, business contact details, project context, website address and any file you choose to provide.
Technical session data is processed to secure the form, rate-limit submissions and prevent automated abuse. We do not use the site for behavioural advertising.
Optional analytics. Google Analytics remains off unless you allow it. If allowed, it receives page and session activity, approximate region, browser and device details, referral or campaign information and selected site interactions. Private Brief fields, contact details and uploaded files are not sent to Analytics.
Information is used to assess an enquiry, prepare a response, establish confidentiality where required, administer an engagement and meet legal or security obligations.
We do not sell enquiry data. Access is limited to the people and service providers required to review or operate the engagement.
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as it is reasonably required for evaluation, correspondence, security, contractual records and applicable legal duties.
Your analytics choice is stored on your device so the site can respect it. Use the “Legal / privacy” link in the footer to allow or withdraw optional measurement later. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days from first placement.
To request access, correction or deletion, open the Private Brief and choose “Privacy or data rights request”. Do not include sensitive information in the first message.

If you allow optional measurement, Google Analytics acts as an analytics provider. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled in the site configuration.
