SERVICE GUIDE / SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH

Build a social presence that gives people a reason to pay attention.

We bring profile improvement, content planning, short video production, publishing and community management into an agreed monthly programme. The aim is to attract people with a real interest in your business and make the next step clear. AI can assist research and production; editorial judgement and human approval guide the work. We prepare a private proposal after reviewing your accounts, audience and goals.

01 / SCOPE AND PROPOSAL

Agree the accounts, content and responsibilities before work begins.

Social management becomes difficult to compare when strategy, copy, design, video, publishing, moderation, advertising and software are bundled into one vague promise. NobleJackal starts from the opposite direction. The written proposal names the accounts, platforms, languages, content mix, expected monthly volume, client inputs, approval route, publication cadence, reporting cycle and support window. That record determines the service; a list of fashionable tools does not.

Pricing is available on request. The proposal states the managed accounts, languages, monthly content volume, short video formats, revision rounds, approval process, response hours and reporting schedule. It also identifies the assets you supply and the production we undertake. Paid tools, licences, creators, location shoots and specialist production are included only when stated in writing. Advertising management and media spend require a separately agreed scope and budget.

The service does not promise followers, reach, virality, leads or revenue. Those outcomes depend on the offer, audience, distribution, platform conditions, creative quality, budget, timing and sales path as well as the operating work. We establish an observable baseline, record what was actually published and distinguish platform-reported activity from commercial evidence. If a result cannot be tied to a reliable source, it remains unproven rather than being converted into a success claim.

01

Included by written scope

Profile review, an audience and content plan, agreed posts and short videos, approval and publishing, community response within the agreed hours, and a monthly review of the available performance evidence.

02

Priced separately

Ad spend, media buying, creators, large production days, premium tools, platform or API charges and work added outside the signed monthly capacity.

03

Never implied

Unlimited posts or revisions, 24/7 replies, automatic approval, guaranteed growth, guaranteed leads, platform access or immunity from policy and algorithm changes.

02 / EDITORIAL SYSTEM

Begin with an editorial position and evidence supply, then decide what deserves to be published.

We start with the accounts as a prospective customer sees them. We review the profile description, visual consistency, pinned content, highlights where available, contact details and links. Your audience, priority products or services, target markets and existing analytics shape the first content plan. We request account links, brand assets, approved product facts, existing photos or videos and a named approver. Publishing access is granted through the platform’s authorised roles after the scope is agreed.

A useful content operation has a reason to exist beyond filling a calendar. We define the audience, commercial question, brand position and desired next action for each editorial territory. Product news, expert explanation, proof, objection handling, recruitment, founder perspective and community response play different roles. Their balance is set deliberately, and a weak week is not repaired by multiplying generic posts.

The source desk holds the material from which claims may be made: approved product facts, current prices, project records, research, interviews, policies, event notes and licensed media. Every material assertion needs an owner and a date. AI may help retrieve, organise and vary approved material, but it may not invent a client result, quote, credential, partnership, local presence or statistic. When evidence is missing, the editorial decision is to ask, qualify the sentence or remove it.

Each platform receives a native treatment. A LinkedIn document, an Instagram carousel, a short video, an X thread and a YouTube description do not become effective merely by sharing the same caption. The underlying fact can remain consistent while the opening, sequence, length, visual rhythm and response route change. Localisation follows the same rule: six languages share the approved facts, not a literal sentence structure. Every edition is edited for its own readers before it enters approval.

A reusable format library can speed production without flattening the brand. It records the purpose, suitable source, layout constraints, voice, call to action and failure conditions of each format. Repetition is reviewed at the idea level, not only by comparing words. Ten paraphrases of the same empty claim are still one weak idea.

01

Editorial territories

Assign every recurring theme an audience question, business purpose, evidence source and accountable owner.

02

Source ledger

Keep approved claims, dates, rights and links visible so generated language cannot outrun the underlying evidence.

03

Channel-native editions

Rebuild the delivery for the platform and language while holding names, prices, dates and claims in factual parity.

04

Format library

Reuse a tested structure where it helps, but review idea repetition, fatigue and brand fit before scheduling another variation.

03 / PRODUCTION AND APPROVAL

Separate the brief, draft, asset, approval and publication states.

Short videos are planned around a specific audience question, product demonstration or useful explanation. The proposal sets out the formats, volume, duration range, source footage and revision allowance. We prepare scripts, edit the agreed material, add captions and adapt framing for the selected platforms. Filming, presenters, travel, studio work and additional media rights are scoped separately where needed. Every version is checked for factual accuracy, legibility and a clear next step before approval.

A post starts as a brief with a purpose, audience, source, channel, language, owner, due date and required action. Copy and creative are produced against that record. The reviewer can see what changed, which claim is supported and whether the asset is cleared for use. Comments in chat do not become invisible production rules; material decisions return to the working record.

AI assistance can support research organisation, first drafts, variations, subtitles, alt text and routine adaptation. It does not receive blanket authority to publish. Financial statements, legal or regulatory claims, customer references, employment messages, crisis responses, sensitive social issues and executive quotations require the named human route. Even ordinary posts can be held when the source is stale, tone is uncertain, media rights are unclear or a platform rule has changed.

Approval is version-specific. A person approves the exact copy, asset, destination link, account and planned time, not an abstract campaign name. Edits after approval reopen the relevant check. Publication creates a record containing the platform identifier, final URL, timestamp and observed status. Failed or partial publication remains visible; a scheduler saying ‘sent’ is not enough if the platform rejected or altered the result.

The operation retains a manual path. If an integration expires, a format becomes unsupported or a platform introduces a review step, the team can pause, publish manually or remove that channel from the cycle without losing the editorial record. Automation should reduce avoidable handling while leaving people able to understand, stop and recover the work.

01

Traceable brief

Bind each item to its source, owner, channel, language, deadline and intended next action before drafting begins.

02

Versioned approval

Approve the final copy, media, link, account and schedule together; reopen review after any material change.

03

Publication receipt

Store the platform identifier, public URL, timestamp and final state rather than treating a queue event as proof of publication.

04

Manual recovery

Preserve a documented way to pause, amend or publish manually when an API, token, format or policy blocks the automated path.

04 / PLATFORM ACCESS AND POLICY

Every channel has its own permissions, review gates and prohibited automation.

Growth work focuses on relevant content, useful conversations and a clearer path from the profile to the business. We do not supply purchased followers, likes or views, use engagement exchanges or points schemes, or automate unsolicited mass contact. Human participation in an exchange does not establish authentic customer interest. Platform metrics retain their own definitions and are reported separately from visits, qualified enquiries and confirmed sales.

Platform connection is assessed before it is sold as available. LinkedIn distinguishes member and organisation permissions, page roles, approved access tiers and versioned API headers. TikTok separates direct posting from an upload flow in which the user reviews and completes publication. YouTube applies quota and compliance requirements. X places specific limits on duplicate content, unsolicited automated replies and actions taken through another user's account. The workflow follows the current official route for the agreed use case rather than scripting a consumer interface to bypass it.

Credentials remain controlled and revocable. The record names the account owner, authorised application, granted scopes, token location, renewal process and person who can withdraw access. Production and test identities are separated where the platform supports it. A broad permission is not retained merely because it was easy to request, and a client's password is not treated as an integration method.

Automated engagement carries a higher risk than scheduled publishing. A public comment can involve complaints, health, identity, safety, harassment, legal allegations or personal information. Keyword matching alone cannot authorise a response. The operation defines classes that may receive a prepared acknowledgement, classes that require a human answer and classes that must be hidden, reported or escalated under the client's policy. Unsolicited bulk replies, mentions and direct messages are outside the service.

Platform availability can change. Access may depend on app review, account type, region, role, quota, paid plan or a permission the provider does not grant. NobleJackal records the dependency and offers the supported path; it does not promise an undocumented workaround. If a platform withdraws an interface, the scope is reviewed before a replacement process is introduced.

01

Official interface

Use the platform's authorised API or approved publishing path and record version, account type, scope and review dependency.

02

Least access

Grant only the permissions required for the named accounts and actions, with a clear owner and revocation route.

03

No engagement spam

Do not automate unsolicited replies, mentions, direct messages, follows, likes or duplicate posting patterns that breach platform rules.

04

Change register

Track provider versions, quotas, deprecations, rejected formats and permission changes as operational dependencies.

05 / COMMUNITY AND MEASUREMENT

Judge the operation by response quality and accountable movement, not a single engagement number.

Community work starts with classification and ownership. Questions, buying signals, support requests, complaints, abuse, misinformation and sensitive disclosures need different routes. A response library can help with stable facts, but context is checked before use. The person answering can see the source, tone rule and escalation boundary. Where a public reply would expose personal or account information, the conversation moves to an approved private or service channel.

Operational measures cover whether the system is working: planned versus published items, approval time, failed publications, corrections, source gaps, unanswered items, escalation age and repeated manual work. Editorial measures examine which themes, formats and openings earn meaningful attention from the intended audience. Platform measures retain their native definitions and source. YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and X numbers are not merged into a homemade score that conceals how each was produced.

Commercial evidence is kept separate from platform activity. A click, form start, qualified enquiry, meeting and sale are different events. Attribution may be incomplete, particularly across dark social, privacy controls and long buying cycles. We use consented analytics, tagged destinations and client-confirmed outcomes where available, then mark uncertainty. A rise in impressions is reported as a rise in impressions—not as revenue.

The monthly review decides what to retain, change, test or stop. It compares the release record with the baseline, reads exceptions, checks policy and source changes, and allocates the next cycle's finite capacity. The report is not padded with generated commentary. It names the observation, its source, the decision and the person responsible for the next action.

01

Community routes

Define what can be acknowledged, what needs a named human and what must move to support, legal, security or another private channel.

02

Operational health

Measure approvals, failures, corrections, unanswered items, escalations and repeated handling alongside output volume.

03

Source-labelled performance

Keep each platform's definitions visible and distinguish reported activity from consented site and sales evidence.

04

Monthly decision record

Close the cycle with a dated keep, change, test or stop decision—not a dashboard without an owner.

Current provider records used to define permissions, publication and measurement boundaries.

Platform interfaces and policies change. These first-party records inform the operating design but do not guarantee that a particular account, region or use case will receive access.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions to settle before a monthly social operation begins.

01How do we start, and how is the service priced?

Share your account links, target audience, priority products or services, markets and goals. Existing analytics, brand assets and available photos or videos help us assess the work. We then provide a private proposal with the accounts, content volume, production scope, approval process, response hours, reporting and fee. No account password is required for the initial review.

02Are software, API usage, creators, video production and advertising included?

Only when the written proposal says so. Scheduling tools, model or API usage, premium licences, stock or music, creators, influencers, travel, studio work, specialist film production and paid-media spend are normally separate. Media buying and campaign budget are not silently taken from the operating fee.

03Will AI publish and answer people without approval?

No blanket authority is assumed. The client approves the accounts, action classes and review route in writing. Sensitive claims, complaints, crises, personal information and unusual cases go to a named person. Platform rules may also require explicit user consent or provider approval, and unsolicited automated replies or direct messages are outside the service.

04Can you manage LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube?

Those channels can be assessed, but availability depends on account type, region, roles, app review, granted scopes, quotas, supported formats and current provider policy. We confirm the authorised route for each account before promising an integration. Where an API path is unavailable, any manual process is stated explicitly.

05Do you guarantee followers, reach, leads or sales?

No. We agree a baseline and report publication reliability, response handling and platform-native measures, then separate those observations from consented site and sales evidence. Followers, reach, virality, enquiries and revenue are external outcomes influenced by factors beyond the operating service and are not presented as achieved without reliable evidence.

06Do you sell followers, likes or views?

No. We provide strategy, content production, publishing and community management. Purchased or exchanged engagement, points schemes and bulk unsolicited messages are excluded. We assess observed audience interest and business enquiries without promising a follower total, viral reach or sales.
