EXECUTIVE PRESENTATIONS / DECISION NARRATIVE / EDITABLE SYSTEM
01 / DECISION AND AUDIENCE
A presentation project does not start by choosing a visual theme. We first establish the meeting, audience, decision owner, desired action, time available, delivery setting and material constraints. A board seeking approval for capital expenditure reads differently from an investor considering a financing round, an enterprise buyer assessing operational risk or a leadership team reviewing quarterly performance. The same facts may be relevant to all four, but the order, level of detail, assumptions and evidence expected are not the same.
The decision brief records what must be understood before the audience can act. It names the central question, the alternatives, the criteria, the most consequential risks, the evidence already available and the gaps that cannot be hidden by design. We distinguish information the audience needs before the meeting, content that belongs in the spoken sequence and material that should remain in an appendix. If the real purpose is information, discussion or alignment rather than approval, the deck says so; false urgency weakens trust.
Stakeholder mapping identifies who sponsors the presentation, who presents it, who owns each claim and who can block or alter the decision. It also identifies likely objections and the level of knowledge in the room. We do not invent a generic persona and pretend it is research. The map is based on named roles, prior questions, meeting records, diligence requests or other material the client can substantiate. Sensitive audiences and disclosure obligations are flagged before content travels through a design workflow.
A written content map closes the planning stage. It connects the opening premise, context, evidence, choices, recommendation, risks, requested action and supporting appendix. Every section has a job; every major slide has a sentence that states what the audience should learn from it. This map is reviewed before detailed design so time is not wasted polishing a sequence that cannot support the intended decision.
Record the meeting, audience, owner, decision or action, constraints, timing and required approvals.
List the claims the audience must examine, the objections likely to arise and the evidence needed to answer them.
Separate pre-read, live narrative, speaker support, executive summary and diligence appendix.
Approve the argument and responsibility of each section before slide production begins.
02 / CLAIMS, DATA AND EVIDENCE
We build a claim and evidence register for the statements that carry the decision. Each material claim receives an owner, source, source date, reporting period, definition, unit, calculation note, permitted wording and approval status. Forecasts are labelled as forecasts; estimates are not allowed to masquerade as actual results; market figures retain their methodology and geography. Where evidence is incomplete, the slide states the limitation or leaves the claim unresolved instead of manufacturing confidence through typography.
Charts are chosen for the comparison the audience needs to make. A time series, distribution, composition, variance, scenario or relationship should not be forced into the same chart type. Axes, units, baselines, sample sizes and material breaks in method remain visible. Decorative three-dimensional effects, distorted areas and unexplained dual axes are removed. An action title can state the supported finding, while a source line and annotation preserve enough context for another reviewer to challenge it.
Numbers are reconciled across the presentation, source workbook and supporting documents. We check totals, percentages, time periods, currency labels, rounding, repeated figures and chart-to-table consistency within the commissioned material. That is a production control, not an audit of the underlying business. NobleJackal does not certify accounts, validate a financial model, conduct commercial due diligence or determine whether a legal disclosure is sufficient unless qualified specialists and those tasks are expressly included.
Evidence handling changes with the audience. Investor communications, regulated claims, unpublished results, personal information, trade secrets and customer data may require specific legal, finance, privacy or security review. The client names the authorised owner and the release state of each sensitive item. For listed issuers, selective disclosure rules can affect what may be shown and when; the deck workflow cannot substitute for counsel or the company’s disclosure controls.
Bind each consequential statement to an owner, source, period, definition, approved wording and review state.
Show the right comparison with units, baselines, uncertainty, source and material methodological notes intact.
Check repeated values, totals, percentages, currencies and periods across the supplied presentation materials.
Route regulated, confidential, personal or unpublished information through the authorised specialist gate.
03 / NARRATIVE AND VISUAL SYSTEM
The narrative moves at the speed of the meeting. An executive summary may stand alone for a reader who never reaches the appendix, while the live sequence gives the presenter room to explain consequence, choice and recommendation. Headings carry meaning rather than labels such as ‘Market’ or ‘Solution’. Detail is progressively disclosed: the main slide supports the conversation, notes support delivery and the appendix preserves evidence that would otherwise overload the room.
The visual system defines hierarchy before decoration. It establishes slide grid, margins, typography, colour roles, image treatment, page furniture, source notes, confidentiality markings and recurring patterns for statements, comparisons, processes, timelines, portfolios, risks and financial data. Brand rules are respected, but a presentation also has operating needs: projection, screen sharing, printed review, video calls and PDF circulation can expose different failures. The written scope identifies the formats that will actually be tested.
A reusable system includes a master or theme, a controlled layout library and editable components rather than flattened artwork. Tables, charts and diagrams are designed to accept realistic content ranges; a neat example with three words is not proof that a layout works with the client’s data. Native PowerPoint objects are preferred where future editing matters. External fonts, icons, photography, stock, plug-ins or templates are recorded with their licences and replacement constraints.
Accessibility is designed into the file. We use meaningful slide titles, logical reading order, sufficient contrast, readable type, alternatives for meaningful visuals and cues that do not rely on colour alone where the agreed platform permits them. Embedded media may require captions or transcripts. Automated checkers help find defects but do not prove that every audience can use the material. The acceptance plan names the formats, assistive checks and human review actually commissioned.
Give premise, evidence, choices, recommendation, risks and action a deliberate sequence suited to the meeting.
Build repeatable patterns for the real statements, charts, tables, processes and comparisons the team uses.
Keep the agreed PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote system maintainable without rebuilding flattened artwork.
Test titles, reading order, contrast, text size, non-colour cues and alternatives in the formats in scope.
04 / PRODUCTION, LANGUAGES AND CONTROL
Production has named stages: source intake, decision brief, content map, content draft, visual direction, representative slides, complete build, fact review, language review, rehearsal and final release. A review round has an owner, deadline and consolidation rule. Contradictory comments are resolved by the client’s decision owner rather than silently interpreted by the design team. Late structural change is recorded because it affects charts, notes, translations, testing and delivery dates.
Version control distinguishes working files, review copies, approved releases and superseded material. File names carry a stable project code, audience, language, version and date; comments and unresolved questions remain in a review record rather than being scattered across email, chat and duplicate attachments. The final package identifies which file is authoritative, who approved it and whether its data is still current. A PDF is not assumed to replace the editable source, nor is an editable file assumed to be safe for public circulation.
Multilingual work is transcreated at the level of meaning and use. Text expansion, line breaks, numeral conventions, dates, currencies, reading direction, acronyms and local regulatory phrasing can change the layout and sometimes the order of explanation. Arabic requires a tested RTL composition, not mirrored English decoration; Russian, German, Spanish and Turkish need idiomatic executive language, not translated headings fitted into fixed boxes. The client approves the source master and names the factual and linguistic reviewers for each edition.
AI-assisted drafting or layout may be used only within the agreed confidentiality and rights policy. Sensitive source material is not placed into an external tool without authorisation. Generated statements, summaries, charts, images and citations remain drafts until checked against the source and approved by a responsible person. A plausible sentence is not evidence, and a polished generated slide is not an authorised disclosure. The final record identifies human owners for facts, language and release.
Approve the brief, narrative, representative slides, full build, facts, language and final release in sequence.
Name the authoritative edition, approval owner, data date and superseded versions before distribution.
Adapt meaning, cadence, notation, RTL and layout under named factual and language reviewers.
Keep sensitive inputs authorised and treat generated copy, visuals, charts and citations as unapproved drafts.
05 / DELIVERY, PRICE AND ACCEPTANCE
The delivery package follows the written scope. It can include the decision brief, content and claim map, approved deck, executive summary, appendix, speaker notes, editable master, layout and component library, chart styles, linked or embedded media, PDF exports, font and licence register, source manifest, usage guide and review log. Outputs not named in the proposal—including additional audiences, tender documents, financial models, videos, languages or a continuing slide desk—are not silently included.
Acceptance uses representative tasks. The file opens in the agreed software and version; fonts and media resolve; slides present correctly at the tested dimensions; charts match the accepted source; reading order and contrast checks complete at the agreed level; and an authorised user can create, edit and export common layouts without breaking the system. A rehearsal can test timing, transitions, speaker notes and likely questions, but the presenter remains responsible for delivery and the organisation remains responsible for the decision.
Pricing is supplied upon request after we know the audience, purpose, source condition, deck types, slide range, data complexity, chart and diagram count, platform, animation, languages, accessibility level, reviewers, rehearsal, deadline, revision rounds and continuing support. A redesign of supplied final copy is different from narrative development, evidence reconstruction or an enterprise template system. The proposal makes that distinction before work starts.
Presentation design cannot guarantee board approval, investment, valuation, procurement success, sales conversion, audience agreement or institutional confidence. It also cannot make unverified data true or cure a weak commercial case. NobleJackal is accountable for the commissioned narrative, design, production controls and handover; the client and its advisers retain responsibility for facts, forecasts, financial statements, legal disclosures and release authority. No external source listed here endorses NobleJackal.
List every deck, edition, source file, export, note, library, licence record and guide included in delivery.
Open, present, edit, update, export and review representative layouts in the actual target environment.
Scope narrative, evidence, slide volume, systems, languages, reviewers, urgency and support before quoting.
Separate production quality from approval, funding, procurement, sales and other decisions outside our control.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Only if the written scope says so. A visual redesign begins from client-approved copy and data and focuses on hierarchy, layout, charts and production. A full executive presentation system can also include the decision brief, narrative architecture, claim register, evidence mapping, reusable master, layout library, speaker notes, appendix, rehearsal and handover. We distinguish those paths before quoting so design is not expected to repair missing strategy or unverified evidence invisibly.
The exact package is written in the proposal. It may contain an editable PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote deck; PDF exports; executive summary; diligence appendix; speaker notes; master or theme; layout, chart, table and diagram library; font and licence register; source manifest; review log and concise usage guidance. Additional audiences, languages, videos, financial models, research and a continuing presentation desk are separate unless expressly included.
We can structure and edit the commissioned narrative and can map claims to sources supplied or approved by the client. Original research, market sizing, financial modelling, accounting assurance, valuation, legal disclosure and due diligence are separate specialist tasks. The client names the factual owner for each material assertion. NobleJackal checks consistency inside the agreed presentation materials but does not certify the underlying business or forecast by styling it.
Yes, when each edition has an approved source, a named factual reviewer and a native language review. We adapt sentence structure, executive register, notation, charts, dates, currencies, acronyms and layout rather than pouring translation into fixed boxes. Arabic receives a tested RTL composition and suitable fonts. The scope names which decks and components are localised and whether specialist legal or sector review is required.
The price is supplied upon request because the audience, source condition, slide volume, narrative work, data complexity, charts, diagrams, software, animation, languages, accessibility, reviewers, deadline, revisions and support alter the project materially. The proposal fixes outputs and acceptance. A presentation can improve clarity and control, but it cannot guarantee board approval, investment, valuation, procurement success, sales, ranking, AI citation or revenue.
